EasyDash enables secure patient identity verification using a portable, medical-grade device delivered per treatment machine, with the option to add additional devices when needed.
During the first patient encounter, a biometric signature is registered and used consistently throughout the entire treatment journey. Identity verification can be performed at multiple key moments, including before entering the changing room, upon arrival in the treatment room, and at the treatment table.
Multiple checks can be performed within a single encounter, reinforcing safety at critical points without slowing patient throughput. The verification process is fast, intuitive, and fully integrated into daily clinical practice.
Immobilization Device Verificationl
Patient-specific immobilization devices are verified directly at the point of care using device-specific generated codes. This includes thermoplastic masks, vacuum cushions, Vac-Lok systems, and positioning accessories.
EasyDash clearly indicates which devices are required for each treatment session and supports changes between initial treatments and boost phases. Personalized clinical notes can be added when needed.

Clinical Dashboard
The EasyDash dashboard provides a real-time patient list showing all upcoming treatment moments in one single view.
For physicians, this includes a comprehensive overview of patient identity, demographic data, workflow progression, preparation timelines, delivered fractions, and dossier completion status.
For RTTs, the dashboard displays all upcoming patients with only the essential information needed to deliver treatment safely and efficiently. Additional details are accessible with a single click. Information includes chemotherapy context, secondary treatments such as hyperthermia or electron therapy, hospitalization status, upcoming boost treatments, and required RT attributes.
For physicists, the dashboard highlights QA-related information, including EPID or pinpoint QA status, scheduling, dosimetry responsibilities, planning and treatment approvals, and weekly QA tracking.
