Radiotherapy has evolved. Its workflow should too.
EasyDash brings the essential information from your Hospital Information System and Oncology Information System into one clear, role specific view. See what is ready, what is missing and what needs your attention, without opening another five applications.
The application created by RT clinicians. For RT clinicians.
— Created by rt clinicians. For rt clinicians.
EasyDash was not imagined in a boardroom by people guessing how radiotherapy works.
It was shaped from inside the department by asking the people doing the work what they actually need.
Different responsibilities. Different perspectives. One platform that finally brings them together.
Start every day knowing what comes next. See your patients, priorities and pathway status in one role specific view. EasyDash supports daily coordination, team huddles and tumour boards by bringing information from different clinical systems into one clear overview.
Your data stays under your control. With an on premise deployment, patient, employee and system information remains within the hospital controlled environment. The Dashboard reads authorised information without altering source records. HAVIO write back is limited to predefined and approved API interactions.
See where your attention is needed. Review completed checks, missing steps and authorised overrides through structured reporting. Identify bottlenecks by analysing the time between workflow stages. Observe. Act. Improve.
— NO RIP. NO REPLACE. NO DRAMA.
EasyDash works beside your existing HIS and OIS. It reads the information you already have and brings the essentials into one calm, unified view. Need an occasional detail? Open the original application. Need it every day? We will bring it into EasyDash. Simple.
1
EasyDash connects to the authorised HIS and OIS information already available in your hospital environment. No additional machine cabling. No changes to linac operation.
2
Your pathway. Your terminology. Your priorities. We map your workflow with your team and design the right view for every role. Nothing more. Nothing less.
3
Once technical preparation and hospital approvals are complete, final deployment is designed to take hours. No machine downtime. No disruption to treatment. Your linacs will not even know we were there.
— WE DIDN’T ADD FEATURES JUST TO LOOK CLEVER
Every EasyDash feature exists because someone working in radiotherapy needed a better way. No decorative buttons. No impressive functions nobody uses. Just practical improvements that make the whole department work better.
Track patients through the active workflow, ordered by clinical stage and operational priority, without reconstructing the day from separate systems.
One connected source of information. Different clinical perspectives. Every role sees what it needs, when it needs it. Nothing more. Nothing less.
One status bar shows how far each patient has progressed and what is still missing.
Most systems show information that exists. EasyDash can also reveal expected tasks, appointments or data that were never entered. We even show you what is not there.
Configured checks, status updates and authorised overrides are timestamped and attributed. The evidence is already there. No emergency spreadsheet reconstruction required.
Access EasyDash from an authorised clinical workstation or approved device.
No complicated installation. Just the right view, in the right place.
— WHAT CHANGES ON THE FLOOR
Clear operational benefits built into the EasyDash model.
No inflated promises. Just a better way to work.
Once connectivity, configuration and hospital approvals are complete, final deployment can be completed rapidly.
A licence based model without a major initial hardware or infrastructure investment.
Readiness, missing steps and workflow priorities brought together in one clear overview.
RTTs, radiation oncologists, physicists, dosimetrists, nurses, administrators and managers each see their essentials.
— YOUR DATA. YOUR SYSTEM. YOUR RULES.
EasyDash is designed around hospital controlled infrastructure, authorised access and clearly defined system interactions.
No unnecessary data movement. No mysterious black box. No surprises for your IT team.
That is not an extra feature. It is the starting point.
Hospital controlled deployment.
EasyDash can operate within the hospital environment. With an on
premise deployment, clinical information does not need to leave your infrastructure.
Read-only Dashboard.
The Dashboard reads authorised information without altering the original HIS or OIS records.
Controlled HAVIO write back.
Where required, HAVIO uses limited, predefined and hospital approved API interactions. It does not write directly to treatment machines.
Traceability by design.
Configured checkpoints, completed verifications and authorised overrides can be recorded and made available for review.

— Frequently asked
No. EasyDash works beside your existing systems and reads authorised information through the interfaces available in your environment. Your HIS and OIS remain the master sources.
The preparation phase depends on local connectivity, cybersecurity review, configuration and hospital approval. Once these steps are complete, final deployment and go live are designed to take hours rather than weeks.
No machine downtime is planned for standard deployment. EasyDash does not require additional machine cabling or changes to linac operation.
The Dashboard is designed as a read only workflow support solution and does not replace clinical decision making. HAVIO introduces verification and predefined write back capabilities and follows the applicable validation and regulatory pathway. Availability depends on the relevant market and local approval.
EasyDash can be deployed on premise within the hospital controlled environment or according to an approved hosting architecture. The final setup is agreed with the hospital IT, cybersecurity and data protection teams.
EasyDash is offered through a monthly licence. The price depends on the selected solution, the configured machines or handheld devices and the required integration scope. No major upfront capital investment is required.
